Pam's Reflexology Banstead, Carshalton and Sutton in Surrey

My training both at SCOLA College in Wallington and with Sally Earlham allows me to do the following treatments with confidence and I look forward to working holistically with you (my client), to bring about balance and well-being in your life.

1. Improve sense of general wellbeing and encourage relaxation:
Reflexology is a gentle non invasive therapy that encourages deep relaxation which, in turn, encourages self-healing and a sense of wellbeing.
2. Supporting both men and women through their conception journey:
If you have been trying to conceive for a while, or just starting out on your journey, Reflexology can help support you and your partner both physically and emotionally.
3. Supporting women through their Maternity journey:
There is plenty anecdotal evidence from women who will tell you that they benefitted from having reflexology throughout their pregnancy. There have been recent studies (1) showing that reflexology during pregnancy significantly reduces pain during labour and length of the first stage of labour. (2) Post-natal women experienced an improved quality of sleep.
4. Mindful Reflexology - Supporting Stress, Anxiety and Depression:
Reflexology is an ideal therapy to help one cope with and ease the effects of stress, anxiety and depression. Reflexology not only gives you personal time to relax and enjoy peace and quiet to calm and still the mind, it can also improve your mood and sleep. All of which help improve your sense of well-being which in turn helps one cope.
